Founded on August 2001, Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment of Shunde (A.E.F.I.S.) a non-profit organization consisting of enterprises with foreign investment, enterprises invested by compatriots in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, institutions engaged in foreign investment services, and investment institutions with foreign investment etc. The competent authority of A.E.F.I.S. is Shunde Economy and Trade Bureau. Meanwhile A.E.F.I.S. is instructed by Association of Industry and Commerce of Shunde, and governed by the registration and administration authority of mass organizations.
    The aim of A.E.F.I.S.: abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, carry out the national laws, statutes and policies on openness to the outside and encouragement of foreign investment, strive for serving the members and investors, and safeguard the legal rights of members; reflect the opinions and demands of the members and investors to the departments concerned, and promote the continuous improvement of the investment conditions; enhance better contact, understanding and cooperation between the Chinese and foreign parties, between the members and the government, and between the members themselves; promote the healthy growth of enterprises with foreign investment , the services of utilizing foreign capital and economic prosperity.
    More than 100 enterprises have attended us, including 20 council members.
    As a good consultant, we have been striving for providing perfect services for the members, helping them to overcome operational difficulties and protecting their legal rights. We gained the title of "Advanced Association" through the Association of Industry and Commerce of Shunde.
    To contribute the investment promotion of Shunde, we cooperate with the government closely and hold various activities to attract foreign investors. We are one of the investment promotion agencies of Shunde Investment Office.
